Cobaltz Pathways is seeking a motivated Sales Executive with a focus on cold calling to join their expanding team. This position demands confidence in phone communication, fluency in English, and strong organizational skills to effectively manage and analyze client data. The Sales Executive will play a key role in driving business growth by reaching out to potential clients, generating qualified leads, and supporting the overall sales pipeline through persistent and targeted outbound calls. While this position does not require previous team management experience, it offers a valuable opportunity for a goal-oriented individual eager to develop sales expertise in a dynamic, supportive environment. The role involves conducting thorough customer needs analyses, managing detailed records of interactions with prospects, and following through on leads to turn prospects into potential business opportunities. This position operates within a performance-driven framework, where achieving monthly sales targets is essential. The successful candidate will exhibit resilience in handling objections and rejection, maintaining a positive and focused approach to meeting sales goals while contributing collaboratively to the companys growth objectives.
Responsibilities
 

  • Initiate outbound cold calls to a diverse list of potential clients to generate new business opportunities.
  • Conduct detailed customer needs analysis to identify prospects whose requirements align with company offerings.
  • Qualify leads efficiently and input accurate data into the sales management system to ensure up-to-date records.
  • Follow up consistently with prospects to nurture relationships and convert leads into viable sales opportunities.
  • Maintain comprehensive and organized documentation of calls, client interactions, and sales progress.
  • Work collaboratively with the sales team to meet or exceed monthly sales targets and contribute to overall business success.
  • Develop and sustain intimate knowledge of company products or services to articulate value propositions clearly to prospects.
  • Adapt communication techniques to overcome objections and handle rejection professionally in cold calling scenarios.
  • Leverage data management skills to track performance metrics, identify trends, and improve sales strategies.
  • Support the continuous improvement of sales processes by providing feedback and insights from client interactions.
