Job Description
We are looking for a motivated and target-driven Sales Executive to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating leads, pitching our digital services (website development, UI/UX design, logo design, and branding) to potential clients, and closing sales deals.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and approach potential clients (local and international) in need of digital services
• Pitch ACOM Systems' service portfolio: website design/development, UI/UX, logo design, and branding
• Generate leads through cold calling, email outreach, social media, and freelance platforms
• Build and maintain strong client relationships
• Prepare and present proposals, quotations, and service packages
• Negotiate and close deals to meet monthly sales targets
• Coordinate with the design/development team to align client requirements with deliverables
• Maintain a sales pipeline and report progress to management

Requirements

• 1+ years of experience in sales, preferably in digital marketing, web development, or a creative agency
• Strong communication and negotiation skills (English & Urdu)
• Basic understanding of website, UI/UX, and branding/logo design services
• Ability to work independently and meet sales targets
• Experience with platforms like Fiverr, Upwork, LinkedIn, or similar is a plus
• Bachelor's degree preferred (not mandatory for the right candidate)
