Sales Executive For Accounting Firm (UK Market)

We are an expanding accounting firm specializing in bookkeeping, taxation, payroll, and business advisory services designed for SMEs, contractors, and individuals. To support our growth, we are looking for a Sales Executive to manage client inquiries, nurture leads, and help expand our client base. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a proactive mindset, and the ability to understand client needs in order to recommend appropriate solutions.

Key Responsibilities
- Follow up on leads generated through social media, website inquiries, and referrals.
- Evaluate client requirements across individual, business, or corporate sectors and match them with our service offerings.
- Conduct initial consultations and prepare tailored quotations for potential clients.
- Draft and send professional emails and proposals promptly.
- Maintain an organized pipeline of prospects, ensuring timely follow-ups and consistent tracking.
- Collaborate with accountants on complex cases while maintaining clear communication with clients.
- Identify opportunities to cross-sell and upsell additional services to existing clients.

Required Qualifications
- Basic understanding of UK taxation, including Income Tax, Corporation Tax, VAT, and Self-Assessment.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with confidence in phone and email interactions.
- Ability to accurately assess client needs and recommend suitable solutions.
- Proficiency in professional email writing and client management.
- Organized, proactive, and capable of working independently.
