Responsibilities
 

  • Develop and expand sales activities within assigned accounts in the chemical and textile sectors, specifically focusing on textile dyes and chemicals.
  • Manage the timely recovery of outstanding payments by following up diligently with clients and vendors and resolving any payment obstacles that arise.
  • Build, nurture, and maintain lasting relationships with customers to support both sales growth and the collections process.
  • Negotiate payment terms and handle client disputes diplomatically and professionally to maintain positive business relationships.
  • Collaborate closely with internal teams such as Accounts and Logistics to ensure smooth operations, effective communication, and problem resolution.
  • Monitor sales performance and the status of receivables regularly by preparing and analyzing detailed reports to inform strategy adjustments.
  • Lead and manage a small team of one, providing guidance, support, and direction to optimize team performance and meet overall business objectives.
  • Apply in-depth chemical product knowledge and expertise in chemical formulation to provide technical sales support and address customer queries accurately.
  • Work proactively under pressure to achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets while maintaining high service standards.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and professional standards in sales and recovery processes.
  • Participate in training and development initiatives to keep skills updated and stay informed about innovations and trends in the chemical and textile industries.
  • Identify new sales opportunities and contribute to the development of sales strategies aimed at market expansion and client acquisition.
