Novalon Polymers SMC Pvt Ltd is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Sales & Logistics Coordinator to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing sales orders, coordinating logistics and delivery operations, and ensuring smooth communication between customers, suppliers, and internal departments.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate and process customer orders from start to finish
  • Manage logistics operations for timely delivery
  • Arrange and track deliveries with transporters
  • Collaborate with sales and logistics teams for smooth operations
  • Prepare sales and logistics reports
  • Support the sales team with day-to-day administrative tasks

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree (preferably in Business, Supply Chain, or related field)
  • 1–2 years of relevant experience in Administration & logistics Operations.
  • Strong communication and organizational skills
  • Proficiency in MS Office (especially Excel)
  • Ability to multitask and work under pressure
