Iqbal & Company is seeking a skilled Sales Manager with a strong background in Medical Devices or Surgical Disposables to enhance our market presence within Interior Sindh and Baluchistan. The ideal candidate has a minimum of six years of relevant sales experience, including at least two years focused on these specific regions. The role demands an individual with a proven track record in managing government tenders and distributor networks, coupled with an in-depth knowledge of healthcare procurement systems and hospital purchasing processes. The Sales Manager will work independently to drive sales efforts, develop and implement effective sales strategies, and maintain excellent relationships with customers and stakeholders. This position requires a target-oriented professional who consistently meets or exceeds sales objectives. The Sales Manager will manage the complete sales cycle from identifying opportunities, negotiating contracts, to closing deals. Frequent travel within the designated territories is essential to build and sustain strong customer connections and to ensure Iqbal & Company’s competitive position in the market. Although this role does not involve team management, the candidate must demonstrate the ability to collaborate effectively with various internal departments to support sales initiatives and customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company targets in Medical Devices and Surgical Disposables within Interior Sindh and Baluchistan.
  • Manage customer relationships by utilizing effective Customer Relationship Management techniques to enhance satisfaction and repeat business.
  • Handle government tenders including preparation, submission, and follow-up to secure contracts and expand company presence in public healthcare procurement.
  • Develop and maintain distributor networks to optimize market penetration and ensure appropriate representation in assigned regions.
  • Conduct sales forecasting and monitor performance against targets, adjusting strategies as necessary to maximize sales outcomes.
  • Negotiate effectively with clients and distributors to close sales agreements, ensuring beneficial terms and compliance with company policies.
  • Manage account portfolios to build long-term partnerships and identify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling products.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer data, sales records, and market information to aid strategic decision-making.
  • Stay informed on industry trends, healthcare procurement systems, and hospital purchasing processes to anticipate market changes and customer needs.
  • Coordinate with internal departments to ensure timely delivery of products and resolution of client issues.
  • Travel frequently within the assigned territories to meet customers, attend industry events, and conduct market research, strengthening the company’s market position.
