Sales & Marketing (Managerial Position)

A well-established company in the leather manufacturing industry is looking to hire a Sales & Marketing Manager for their Karachi site. The ideal candidate will have between 4 to 6 years of relevant experience specifically within the leather sector. Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement robust sales and marketing strategies aimed at both local and export markets. Manage and nurture relationships with key clients to foster business growth. Lead pricing strategies, conduct negotiations, and spearhead new business development initiatives. Keep abreast of market trends, competitor activities, and customer requirements to maintain a competitive edge. Prepare comprehensive sales reports, forecasts, and performance analyses for senior management review. Provide leadership and support to sales and merchandising teams to consistently achieve or exceed targets. Work closely with production, quality assurance, and logistics departments to guarantee timely and efficient order processing and delivery.

Required Qualifications:
A Master’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field is essential. Candidates must have 4 to 6 years of progressive experience in sales and marketing, preferably within the leather manufacturing industry. Strong leadership skills combined with excellent communication and client management abilities are required. Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Excel, Word, and Outlook, is necessary. Demonstrated expertise in managing sales targets, business planning, business development, and team coordination is expected. Candidates should possess excellent negotiation, analytical, and problem-solving skills. The ability to effectively coordinate with production, merchandising, procurement, and logistics teams is critical.
