Sales Officer

We are looking for a motivated Sales & Outreach Officer to join a reputable organization based in Karachi. This full-time role is designed for fresh graduates or individuals with up to one year of experience who are enthusiastic about building their careers in sales and client relationship management. The position involves managing leads, maintaining consistent communication with clients, and supporting various sales and marketing initiatives aimed at driving business growth.

Key Responsibilities
- Manage and update leads within the CRM system, ensuring accurate documentation of all client interactions and lead statuses.
- Conduct regular follow-ups with prospects via phone calls, WhatsApp, and emails to maintain engagement and advance sales opportunities.
- Professionally handle inbound and outbound sales and marketing-related calls.
- Maintain a strict follow-up schedule to ensure no lead is overlooked or missed.
- Provide clear and detailed information about the company’s programs and services to potential clients.
- Support incubates during their activation and onboarding process, ensuring timely completion of all agreements and formalities.
- Coordinate with internal teams to facilitate access to co-working spaces, mentorship, and other resources for incubates.
- Assist in planning and executing outreach activities, informational sessions, and promotional events to enhance brand visibility and attract new clients.

Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree from a recognized institution.
- Fresh graduates or candidates with up to one year of relevant experience are encouraged to apply.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills to effectively engage with clients and internal teams.
- Basic proficiency in CRM software and client data management.
- Ability to multitask and manage time efficiently to handle follow-ups and coordination tasks.

Preferred Qualifications and Benefits
- Experience or interest in sales, marketing, or client relationship management is advantageous.
