We are looking for a Sales Ops Executive, who will be responsible to play a critical role in supporting the sales organization through documentation management, proposal preparation, coordination with internal stakeholders, and operational execution. The role requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, ownership mindset, and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
The ideal candidate should be highly proactive, organized, eager to learn, and capable of handling business documentation and coordination responsibilities professionally.

Key Responsibilities:
Sales & Business Operations Support

  • Assist the sales team with day-to-day operational and administrative activities.
  • Support the preparation of commercial proposals, presentations, contracts, and customer-facing documentation.
  • Coordinate internally with Finance, Legal, Presales, Product, and Customer Success teams for smooth business operations.
  • Maintain proper documentation and version control for proposals, contracts, and commercial documents.

Proposal & Documentation Management

  • Prepare and format professional business documents, presentations, and reports.
  • Ensure all customer-facing documents maintain high quality, consistency, and professional formatting standards.
  • Assist in reviewing contracts and commercial documents for completeness and coordination purposes.
  • Support the preparation of RFP responses and customer submissions.

Invoicing & Coordination

  • Coordinate with internal finance teams to ensure timely invoicing and payment tracking.
  • Follow up internally and externally regarding invoice status and related documentation.
  • Maintain records of commercial documentation, purchase orders, invoices, and agreements.

Presentation & Design Support

  • Create visually appealing PowerPoint presentations and business documentation.
  • Support the sales team in preparing customer decks, case studies, reports, and other business materials.
  • Ensure branding consistency across all customer-facing content.

Organizational & Operational Excellence

  • Maintain trackers, reports, and internal operational records accurately.
  • Assist in CRM hygiene and sales reporting activities.
  • Support internal meeting coordination, follow-ups, and action tracking where required.
  • Ensure timely execution of assigned operational tasks with high attention to detail.

Requirements

  • Graduates with up to 2 years of experience are encouraged to apply.
  • Prior experience in operations, coordination, sales support, administration, or documentation-related roles will be considered an advantage
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Urdu.
  • Strong command over in Microsoft Office Suit (Word, Excel and Presentation)
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • High attention to detail and documentation accuracy.
  • Ability to work independently and manage priorities effectively.
  • Strong work ethic and willingness to learn.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From Rs100,000.00 per month

Work Location: Hybrid remote in Karachi
