Sales Order Billing Executive

Hamdard Laboratories Waqf Pakistan seeks a detail-oriented Sales Order Billing Executive with at least two years of relevant experience. The successful applicant will either hold or be pursuing a masters degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field, demonstrating commitment to professional growth in financial processes. The role demands strong problem-solving capabilities to address billing discrepancies and streamline reconciliation and reporting activities. While this role does not involve managing a team, it requires working collaboratively across departments to support efficient operations. Responsibilities
 

• Process sales orders accurately and promptly ensuring all billing information is correctly captured.
• Prepare invoices and billing statements using SAP billing and invoicing systems in line with company policies.
• Maintain and update accounts receivable records, ensuring timely collection and resolution of outstanding payments.
• Coordinate with inventory and delivery teams to verify stock availability and timely shipment of products.
• Perform regular reconciliation of billing and shipping documents to detect and correct discrepancies.
• Generate detailed reports on billing activities, accounts receivable status, and sales order fulfillment for management review.
• Resolve billing issues and discrepancies by investigating problems and implementing appropriate solutions.
• Utilize Microsoft Excel to analyze billing data and support financial reporting and auditing processes.
• Communicate effectively with internal departments and external clients to clarify billing details and resolve queries.
• Ensure compliance with accounting standards and company policies during all billing operations.
• Continuously improve existing billing processes for enhanced accuracy and efficiency.
• Stay updated on changes in billing software functionalities and financial regulations affecting accounts receivable management.
