Sales Executive

Experience Required: 3–4 years
Job Type: Full-time

We are looking for an experienced and motivated Sales Executive with 3–4 years of hands-on market-level sales experience. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of field sales, customer dealing, market visits, lead generation, and achieving sales targets.

Key Responsibilities

• Visit the market regularly to develop and maintain customer relationships.
• Identify and approach potential customers and new business opportunities.
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
• Generate new leads and convert them into customers.
• Maintain strong relationships with existing clients and ensure customer satisfaction.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer requirements.
• Prepare regular sales and market visit reports.
• Follow up with customers and ensure timely resolution of their concerns.
• Work closely with the sales team and management to achieve business objectives.

Requirements

• 3–4 years of proven market-level/field sales experience.
• Strong knowledge of the local market and customer dealing.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Target-oriented and self-motivated.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Good follow-up and relationship-building skills.
• Willingness to travel within the assigned market/territory.
• Candidates with genuine hands-on market experience will be preferred.
• Knowledge about shipments, ports and import & exports via market level skills.
