Sales Promotion (Tiles,Paint,Cement or FMCG)

Job Overview:
We are hiring a dynamic and driven Sales Promotion Officer to boost brand visibility and drive sales within Karachi. The role involves customer engagement, sales activation at retail points, and ensuring optimal brand representation in the assigned territory.

Key Responsibilities:

• Meet assigned sales targets while adhering to company policies.
• Ensure high-quality product display and visibility in retail outlets.
• Execute on-ground promotional activities to support sales growth.
• Strengthen brand presence within the allocated zone.
• Build long-term relationships with retailers and customers.
• Collect feedback and provide actionable market insights.
• Monitor competition and keep pace with current market trends.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely order delivery.

Qualifications:

• 1–2 years of relevant experience in Tiles, Paint, Cement, or FMCG.
• Bachelor's or MBA in Marketing or a related field.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

Compensation & Benefits:

• Salary: PKR 70,000–80,000/month
• Fuel: 80 Litres/month
• Bike Allowance: PKR 5,000/month
• Maintenance: PKR 1,000/month
• Monthly Expenses Reimbursement
• Performance-based Incentives

Pay: Rs70,000.00 - Rs80,000.00 per month
