Sales Representative (Indoor)

We are seeking a dynamic and customer-focused Indoor Sales Representative to join our ceramics tiles team. The ideal candidate will handle walk-in customers, drive sales, and deliver an excellent customer experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Welcome and assist walk-in customers professionally

• Understand customer needs and recommend suitable ceramic tile products

• Present product details including pricing and specifications

• Prepare quotations and follow up on inquiries

• Achieve assigned monthly sales targets

Maintain accurate sales records and customer data

• Coordinate with warehouse and accounts teams for smooth order processing• Build long-term relationships and ensure customer satisfaction

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree preferred

• Experience in indoor sales (ceramics / tiles / building materials preferred)

• Strong communication and negotiation skills

• Basic computer knowledge (MS Office)

• Energetic, presentable, and target-driven personality
