Assistant Manager Project-Sales

Job Summary:

Union Steel Industries is looking for Assistant Manager – Project Sales will be responsible for driving project-based sales by identifying and targeting key clients, developers, consultants, and contractors. This role involves end-to-end project sales cycle management—from lead generation to project acquisition and after-sales service. The role demands excellent client relationship skills, project tracking abilities, and coordination with internal and external stakeholders.

Job Overview:

1. Must Possess Bachelor's degree.

2. 2-3 years of experience in sales. (Experience with manufacturing firm will be a plus).

3. Proven track record of achieving sales targets and managing key accounts.

4. Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

5. Market Competitive salary.
