Role Overview

We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Sales Specialist to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have experience in cosmetics, FMCG, or retail sales, with strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.

This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Specialist located in Karachi. The Sales Specialist will be responsible for generating new sales leads, managing client relationships, providing excellent customer service, achieving sales targets, and ensuring the product's strong visibility and placement in retail shops, marts, stores, and salons across Pakistan.

Requirements

• Strong Communication and Customer Service skills
• 1–3 years of experience in sales (preferably cosmetics or FMCG industry).
• Excellent interpersonal and relationship-building skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Experience in the Cosmetics industry is a plus
