Pinnacle Enterprise is seeking an ambitious and results-oriented Sales Specialist (B2B) to join our team, focused on driving growth and expanding business within the Canadian market. The ideal candidate will have at least 4 years of experience in tele sales and cold calling with a strong understanding of B2B sales processes.


 

Location: DHA Phase II Ext, Karachi

Shift: Night (on-site)

Salary: Market Competitive

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct outbound telesales calls to potential business clients across Canada, promoting our products and services.
  • Identify, qualify, and convert leads into business relationships, ensuring a steady pipeline of opportunities.
  • Engage with key decision-makers in various industries, presenting tailored solutions based on their business needs.
  • Develop and execute targeted sales strategies to meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
  • Negotiate and close sales contracts via phone, email and chat, providing clear terms and addressing any client concerns.
  • Collaborate with the marketing and customer success teams to ensure a seamless customer experience.
  • Research the Canadian market to stay up to date with industry trends, competitor activities, and client needs.
  • Maintain a professional and customer-centric approach in all client interactions, ensuring high satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Manage and track all sales activities, ensuring accurate records of client interactions and sales pipeline stages.


 

Qualifications

  • 3-4 years of proven experience in B2B sales, preferably with a focus on the Canadian market.
  • Have the ability to engage with business decision-makers over the phone.
  • Strong negotiation skills, with the ability to close sales and handle objections professionally.
  • Demonstrated ability to meet or exceed sales targets in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent communication and persuasion skills, with the ability to build rapport quickly over the phone.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
