Sales Support Executive

Mars BPO Pvt Ltd is looking for motivated Voice Agents, both male and female, to join our in-house campaign. The ideal candidates will have excellent communication skills and confidence in engaging potential customers over the phone to promote our services and products. This role plays a crucial part in helping the company achieve its business goals and support rapid, sustainable growth. Candidates should be comfortable working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and maintain a positive attitude in all customer interactions.

Key Responsibilities
- Conduct outbound calls to potential customers to present and promote company services and products.
- Clearly communicate value propositions to engage and persuade customers effectively.
- Consistently meet and aim to exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets and business expectations.
- Maintain professionalism and a positive demeanor while addressing customer inquiries and objections.
- Work collaboratively with team members and management to improve sales techniques and enhance customer satisfaction.

Required Qualifications
- Strong verbal communication skills with proficiency in English.
- Good understanding of marketing, sales principles, and negotiation techniques.
- Ability to quickly learn and adapt to new sales strategies.
- Self-motivated, results-driven, and passionate about sales.
- Willingness to work night shifts, as this is an international campaign.
