Sales Support Specialist (Upseller)

We are looking for a Sales Support Specialist (Up-seller) who will play a vital role in maintaining strong customer relationships, resolving issues efficiently, retaining clients, and enhancing overall customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:
Customer Interaction & Support: Engage with customers primarily via telephone to understand their needs and resolve queries related to products, accounts, and bookings. Strive for first-contact resolution to ensure a high level of customer satisfaction while consistently upholding superior service standards.
Product Knowledge & Expertise: Continuously update and deepen knowledge of the company’s products and services to deliver accurate and helpful information. Maintain high scores in product knowledge assessments to provide expert-level support.
Sales Upgrades: Utilize strategic sales techniques to convert customer inquiries into upselling opportunities, thereby increasing revenue and enhancing customer value.
Relationship Management: Develop and nurture long-term relationships with customers to encourage repeat business and sustained satisfaction, maintaining a high rate of returning clients.
Collaboration & Reporting: Coordinate closely with the UK team to synchronize customer interaction data and provide timely, accurate reports on all customer engagements.

Required Qualifications:
Completion of A-Levels or O-Levels is encouraged. Candidates should have at least two years of experience in a similar sales support or customer service role. Strong active listening skills and the ability to respond effectively to customer needs are essential. Candidates must demonstrate excellent multitasking abilities and manage multiple priorities efficiently. Strong verbal and written communication skills are required. A team-oriented mindset with flexibility to meet and exceed key performance indicators (KPIs) is important. A positive attitude, attention to detail, and a willingness to go the extra mile for customer satisfaction are also necessary.

Preferred Qualifications and Benefits:
The position offers a competitive salary of up to PKR 170,000 per month based on a tiered base model, complemented by an attractive commission structure and various fringe benefits. These include annual bonuses, anniversary and birthday bonuses, punctuality rewards, and weekday allowances. Candidates will have the opportunity to work in a dynamic and inclusive environment that supports professional growth and employee satisfaction. Afternoon shift options are available, including 01:00 pm to 09:30 pm, 02:00 pm to 10:30 pm, or 03:00 pm to 11:30 pm PST, with alternate weekends off. The work location is in PECHS, Block-6, Karachi. This is a full-time, permanent role requiring in-person attendance.
