1.Proactively contact clients via phone to promote and sell the company's products.
2.Maintain client relationships, promptly follow up on client needs and feedback, and enhance client satisfaction.
3.Organize and maintain client data to ensure accurate and complete information in the CRM system.
4.Assist the sales team in achieving sales targets and performance indicators.
5.Participate in sales data analysis and propose improvement suggestions.
Requirements:
1.At least 2 years of sales experience; preference for those with sales experience in photovoltaic products.
2.Bachelor’s degree or above.
3.Possess excellent patience and communication skills, with strong problem-solving and logical thinking abilities.
4.Strong learning ability to quickly adapt to and master product and market information.
Fluent in English (listening, speaking, reading, and writing) for daily business communication.
