SAP Techno Functional Analyst

Job Description

We are looking for a skilled SAP Techno-Functional Analyst with expertise in Sourcing and Planning to enhance our supply chain reporting and analysis capabilities. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of SAP S/4HANA Planning and Sourcing modules and the ability to work closely with technical teams to ensure seamless data integration and accurate reporting. This role requires a combination of technical skills and functional knowledge to improve data workflows and provide meaningful insights that support business decisions.

Key Responsibilities

- Analyze and interpret data within SAP S/4HANA Planning and Sourcing modules to support supply chain reporting and analytics initiatives.
- Collaborate with Snowflake developers to establish data mappings and transformations aligned with business requirements and functional specifications.
- Document SAP S/4HANA table structures and field definitions critical to supply chain KPIs and reporting needs.
- Develop, optimize, and maintain SQL queries using raw SAP S/4HANA tables to enable reporting across various systems.
- Communicate clearly the understanding of S/4HANA data definitions, business logic, and the flow of planning and sourcing data into analytics platforms such as Snowflake.
- Support functional testing and validation of data pipelines and reporting outputs to ensure data accuracy and reliability.

Required Qualifications

- Demonstrated experience with SAP S/4HANA Planning and Sourcing modules, including the ability to analyze and interpret complex data structures.
- Strong knowledge of SAP table structures and field definitions relevant to supply chain processes.
- Proficiency in writing and optimizing SQL queries for data extraction and reporting.
- Ability to work effectively with technical teams, especially Snowflake developers, to translate business needs into technical specifications.
- Experience in functional testing and validation of data pipelines and reports.
- Suitable for candidates with an SAP ABAP background combined with functional expertise in Sourcing and Planning or Functional Consultants with solid knowledge of SAP tables, fields, and SQL query development.

Job Type and Location

This is a full-time, onsite position requiring the candidate to work at the company’s location.
