The Search Engine Optimization Specialist at The XYlo International plays a key role in enhancing the visibility and ranking of the company's websites on major search engines. This position requires a deep understanding of keyword research, on-page optimization, content strategy, backlink analysis, and proficiency in Google Analytics tools. The specialist is responsible for creating and implementing effective SEO strategies that drive organic traffic, improve search engine rankings, and ultimately contribute to the business's growth objectives. The candidate must be comfortable working with content optimization techniques and have basic skills in writing clear and engaging SEO content such as blogs and web pages. A foundational understanding of backlink development helps in maintaining and increasing website authority and trustworthiness in the digital ecosystem.
Responsibilities
 

• Conduct extensive keyword research to identify valuable search terms that align with the companys products and services.
• Develop and implement on-page SEO strategies including meta tags, headers, URL structuring, and image optimization to improve site ranking.
• Create and oversee a content strategy that supports SEO goals, including the production of high-quality blogs and web pages optimized for targeted keywords.
• Analyze backlink profiles to identify opportunities for acquiring authoritative links and maintaining a healthy backlink environment.
• Use Google Analytics and other SEO tools to track website performance, user behavior, traffic sources, and campaign effectiveness.
• Optimize existing content based on SEO trends and user engagement metrics to increase web page visibility and relevance.
• Lead and manage a team of seven SEO professionals, assigning tasks, monitoring progress, and providing training to enhance their skills.
• Communicate SEO objectives and results effectively within the team and to other departments to ensure collaborative success.
• Stay updated on the latest SEO trends, algorithm updates, and industry best practices to constantly refine optimization strategies.
• Perform regular audits of the website and SEO practices to identify and resolve technical SEO issues.
• Work closely with content creators and web developers to ensure that SEO recommendations are implemented correctly and timely.
• Develop reports and presentations that clearly communicate SEO results and insights to stakeholders.
