DigiEra Solutions invites applications for the position of Search Engine Optimization Expert to lead and execute comprehensive SEO strategies for our fast-growing USA-based vape e-commerce platform. This full-time, on-site night shift role is located in Karachi and demands a specialist with in-depth knowledge of keyword research, technical SEO, on-page optimization, and content strategy tailored specifically for a highly competitive and regulated industry. The candidate will focus on driving high-intent organic traffic to elevate sales performance while navigating the unique challenges posed by advertising restrictions in the vape sector. The ideal expert brings a minimum of four years' experience with demonstrated success in improving website rankings and organic sales, particularly in niche markets such as vape, CBD, or related regulated products. With strong analytical capabilities and mastery of leading SEO tools like Ahrefs, Semrush, and Google Analytics, the role requires vigilance in site health audits, competitive research, and data-driven decision making. Since the role does not include team management, the expert will operate independently to design and deploy innovative SEO tactics that comply with regulatory requirements and support the companys rapid growth initiatives.
Responsibilities
 

• Conduct thorough SEO audits regularly to identify and address site health issues including crawl errors, indexing problems, and improvements to site speed.
• Develop and implement a targeted keyword strategy focusing on high-conversion terms related to vape and e-liquids while adhering to the criteria for Your Money Your Life (YMYL) content standards.
• Optimize all website content such as product descriptions, category pages, and blog articles to ensure maximum SEO effectiveness and higher search engine rankings.
• Design and execute a robust backlink building strategy with emphasis on guest posting, niche edits, and influencer outreach within the lifestyle and vaping communities to enhance domain authority.
• Oversee e-commerce SEO by optimizing structured data such as product schemas and snippets, while improving user experience to boost conversion rates.
• Use advanced tools including Google Search Console, Ahrefs, Semrush, and GA4 to monitor and analyze SEO performance daily, producing actionable reports to inform strategy adjustments.
• Stay updated with the latest changes in search engine algorithms and industry best practices, adapting strategies creatively to maintain and improve rankings in a restricted advertising environment.
• Collaborate closely with content creators and international partners, ensuring clear communication and alignment with SEO objectives and compliance with company policies.
• Leverage specialized knowledge of WordPress and Shopify platforms to implement technical SEO enhancements addressing schema markup and Core Web Vitals metrics.
• Perform competitive analysis to identify opportunities and threats within the market, ensuring the SEO strategy remains effective and innovative.
