PARCO is seeking applications for the position of Section Head HR Shared Services.

Job Purpose

The Section Head HR Shared Services will lead the delivery of centralized HR Shared Services to PARCO group employees by managing end-to-end employee life cycle operations, strengthening service standards, enhancing employee experience, and ensuring effective governance, controls, and compliance across HR transactions.

The incumbent will also oversee HR systems support and continuous improvement initiatives and act as a Business Key User/Power User for SAP SuccessFactors and S4/Hana Human Capital Management modules.

Role & Responsibilities

 

  • Lead and oversee the efficient, accurate, and timely delivery of HR Shared Services across the PARCO group through a team of HR professionals and enabling HR systems.
  • Manage and control all employee life cycle transactions including onboarding, transfers, promotions, loans, benefits administration, separations, and final settlements while ensuring process accuracy, policy compliance, and service excellence.
  • Oversee time and leave management processes and system controls across all PARCO group locations to ensure consistency, compliance, and operational continuity.
  • Ensure timely and accurate processing of monthly payrolls, headcount and cost reconciliations, and related controls in coordination with relevant stakeholders.
  • Lead the timely processing of monthly pensions for retired PARCO group employees and ensure effective coordination and communication with pensioners and related stakeholders.
  • Manage the administration, controls, and payments related to contract employees, consultants, and advisors in line with applicable policies and approved terms.
  • Supervise HR Service Desk operations to ensure timely and effective response to queries from PARCO group employees, ex-employees, pensioners, and external entities, while maintaining agreed service standards.
  • Serve as a Business Key User and lead HR systems improvements, testing, issue resolution, and digitalization initiatives to enhance service quality, process efficiency, and user experience.
  • Partner closely with HR Business Partners, Talent and OD teams, Finance, Admin, and other internal stakeholders to improve governance, service delivery, operational efficiency, and employee experience.
  • Design and deliver HR reports, dashboards, analytics, and insights to support management decision-making, service monitoring, and continuous improvement.

     

Qualifications & Experience

 

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related discipline from a recognized institution.
  • Minimum 10–12 years of progressive Human Resources experience, including at least 3–5 years in a supervisory, section head, or managerial capacity leading HR Operations, Shared Services, or a similar function.
  • Proven track record of managing HR service delivery, driving process improvements, and leading teams in a dynamic and complex organizational environment.

     

Technical Knowledge & Systems Expertise

 

  • Strong understanding of HR operations, shared services frameworks, service delivery models, internal controls, and organizational policies and procedures.
  • Demonstrated expertise in SAP SuccessFactors and SAP S/4HANA HCM modules, including system administration, testing, enhancements, process optimization, and user support.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and reporting tools, with strong capabilities in data analysis, reporting, presentations, and project coordination.
