Self Verifier / Closer

We are hiring confident and result-oriented Self Verifiers / Closers to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling calls independently, verifying customer information, and closing leads efficiently.This role requires excellent communication skills, problem-solving abilities, and a positive attitude to ensure a high level of customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities:

• Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat in a timely and professional manner
• Resolve customer complaints and provide appropriate solutions
• Process orders, forms, applications, and requests accurately
• Maintain detailed and accurate customer records
• Follow up with customers to ensure issue resolution
• Collaborate with team members and other departments as needed
• Maintain knowledge of company products, services, and policie

Requirements:

• Strong verbal communication and listening skills
• Confident, persuasive, and self-motivated
• Previous call center or sales experience is preferred
