Job Summary:
Responsible for managing daily accounting operations, maintaining financial records, preparing reports, ensuring compliance, and supporting financial planning.

Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain financial records and general ledger
• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports
• Handle bank, vendor, and customer reconciliations
• Supervise accounts payable and receivable
• Monitor expenses and verify invoices/payments
• Prepare cash flow statements, budgets, and management reports
• Ensure compliance with audits and tax regulations
• Supervise and guide junior staff
• Improve accounting processes and internal controls

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance
• ACCA / CA / CMA (partially or fully qualified preferred)

Skills:

• Strong accounting knowledge
• Proficient in MS Excel and accounting software (mandatory)
• Analytical, detail-oriented, and well-organized

Experience:

• 3–5 years of experience in accounting/finance
• UAE real estate experience preferred

Location:

• Near Jail Chowrangi, Karachi (In-person)

Joining Requirement:

• Candidates who can join within 15 days will be preferred

Experience:

• accounting/finance : 3 years (Required)

Language:

• Proficient in English (Required)
