About the Role:

Sanaullah & Co. (S&Co.) is seeking a Senior Associate – Corporate to join our growing professional team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing corporate compliance, drafting and reviewing legal and business documents, and assisting clients with company-related statutory matters.

This role requires strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to collaborate effectively across departments. You’ll be part of a dynamic environment that encourages growth, innovation, and professional development.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle corporate filings, registrations, and regulatory compliance
• Draft and review corporate documents, agreements, and legal correspondence
• Liaise with government authorities (SECP, FBR, etc.) for corporate matters
• Assist in preparing reports and maintaining company records
• Support clients with corporate structuring and advisory matters

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Law, or related field
• 2–3 years of relevant corporate experience (preferably in a CA or consulting firm)
• Strong understanding of SECP regulations and corporate procedures
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Detail-oriented, proactive, and capable of managing multiple tasks
