Senior BI Analyst

We are currently looking for a motivated and technically proficient Data Analyst to join our team in Pakistan. This role provides a unique opportunity to gain both business and technical expertise while directly influencing revenue growth and cost optimization. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, structured, and able to work independently, while maintaining close collaboration with senior management.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop a comprehensive understanding of the business’s operational domains and contribute to improving logistics efficiency by delivering clear, actionable insights.
- Analyze operational data from various angles using SQL, Python, and spreadsheets to identify gaps in customer touchpoints that may lead to dissatisfaction.
- Design and maintain detailed reports and dashboards for management using spreadsheets and Alibaba’s visualization tools, tracking multiple key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Identify and resolve data discrepancies by investigating root causes and coordinating with multiple stakeholders to ensure data alignment.
- Conduct ad hoc data extraction using SQL to support rate card configuration and enable rapid decision-making.
- Take full ownership of projects from requirements gathering through to delivery, ensuring timely completion and high-quality outcomes.

Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in a STEM field from a recognized institution; a Master’s degree is an advantage.
- At least 3 years of experience in an analytical or data-driven role with strong hands-on expertise in SQL.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel is essential.
- Familiarity with Python programming is highly desirable.
- Experience with business intelligence tools such as Tableau or Power BI.
- Strong organizational skills and self-discipline, with the ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize effectively.
- A data-driven mindset with exceptional attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, combined with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
- Proven ability to manage projects end-to-end, including stakeholder engagement.
