Senior Business Development Representative – Design Sales

Experts Communication is looking for a Senior Business Development Representative – Design Sales to lead our sales team and drive business growth. The ideal candidate should have at least 2 years of experience in design sales, with strong expertise in business development, client handling, sales strategy, and project management. This role requires excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills to expand our client base and maximize revenue.

• Target: $5,000 – $10,000
• Salary: 150,000 - 200,000 PKR (based on skills & experience)
• Location: North Nazimabad, Block A, Karachi
• Shift: 7:00 PM – 4:00 AM

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve revenue targets.
• Monitor sales performance, analyze data, and report to senior management.
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand market reach.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships with timely follow-ups.
• Convert inbound and Bark-generated leads into successful sales.
• Make outbound sales calls and present tailored design solutions.
• Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities to maximize customer value.
• Lead, mentor, and motivate the sales team to meet and exceed sales goals.

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of experience in front-end sales, preferably in web, design, or development services.
• Proven track record in business development, consultative selling, and closing deals.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to mentor and guide the sales team.
• Excellent verbal & written communication and negotiation skills.
• Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and results-driven.
• Ability to work efficiently in a night shift environment (7:00 PM – 4:00 AM).
• Strong time management and problem-solving skills.
