Key Responsibilities
- Support the commercial operations of the Enterprise Team to ensure smooth execution and management of enterprise partner relationships.
- Coordinate activities among various stakeholders to enhance operational efficiency and ensure excellence in service delivery.
- Prepare and maintain accurate reports to monitor commercial performance and identify opportunities for growth.
- Serve as a central point of contact within the team, facilitating effective communication and collaboration across different functions.
- Assist in managing key accounts to drive business expansion and strengthen partnerships.
- Proactively identify and resolve operational issues that could affect commercial outcomes or partner satisfaction.
