About the Role
We’re hiring a Senior Copywriter with an AI edge - a writer, ideator, and strategist who understands both where the craft of copywriting comes from, and where it’s going. You’ll be shaping the verbal identities of our early-stage ventures, helping them find their voice in a noisy world. But you won’t do it alone - you’ll have AI tools at your fingertips, from GPTs to prompt-chains, speeding up the mundane so you can focus on what matters: ideas, emotions, resonance.
This isn’t a “client servicing” gig. It’s a co-creation seat at the table. You’ll work hand-in-hand with founders, PMMs, strategists, and designers to shape copy that inspires, sells, and scales.
You Will:
- Lead brand tone and voice development across multiple ventures
- Write sharp, brand-right copy for websites, landing pages, pitch decks, product UIs, ads, and social campaigns
- Co-create with AI tools (ChatGPT, Copy.ai, Jasper, etc.) - refining, re-writing, and elevating outputs, not just generating them
- Collaborate with our Brand and Narrative teams to build storytelling systems that scale across performance, organic, and earned media
- Develop creative concepts, campaign lines, and naming systems
- A/B test messaging frameworks and iterate based on data, not ego
- Guide junior writers, freelance collaborators, and even train AI models on your tone
- Stay plugged into how AI is changing the craft - from voice cloning to programmatic storytelling
What You Bring:
- 10+ years of experience in top creative agencies and/or startups
- A portfolio that proves you can write across formats: brand books, launch campaigns, taglines, UX/UI, and long-form
- Strategic thinking: you’re as comfortable building a brand platform as writing a CTA
- Experience working in (or with) fast-moving, venture-backed teams
- Fluency in AI copy tools, workflows, and limitations - with a willingness to experiment
- Ability to shape ideas fast without sacrificing voice, nuance, or taste
- Comfort presenting to stakeholders, defending work, and collaborating deeply
- Obsession with language, culture, and how words shape perception
