Senior Electrical Engineer (Hybrid Solar System)

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Electrical Engineer specializing in Hybrid solar energy solutions to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in designing, implementing, and maintaining solar power systems. This role involves leading technical projects, mentoring junior engineers, and ensuring the highest standards of quality and efficiency in our solar projects.

Key Responsibilities:

Design and optimize solar PV systems, including grid-tied, hybrid system, and off-grid system configurations. 
Conduct site surveys and feasibility studies for new solar projects. 
Oversee the installation, commissioning, and maintenance of solar power systems. 
Perform detailed electrical calculations and prepare technical documentation. 
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales and operations, to ensure project success. 
Stay updated on industry standards, emerging technologies, and regulatory requirements. 
Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to solar power systems. 
Train and mentor junior engineers and technicians. 
Ensure compliance with health and safety standards on all projects.

Qualifications:

Education: Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering (Master's preferred).

Experience: Minimum 2 years in electrical engineering with in the solar industry.

Skills:

Proficiency in solar design software (e.g., PVsyst, AutoCAD, Helioscope). 
Strong understanding of solar PV technology, inverters, net metering, and energy storage systems. 
Strong communication and leadership abilities.
