Senior Executive BI & Analytics

Job Description

The Executive BI & Analytics role is focused on leading data analytics initiatives to support business intelligence and advanced analytics strategies within the organization. This position involves delivering insightful management reporting and business insights by leveraging predictive and descriptive modeling techniques. The role aims to enhance customer experience, drive revenue growth, optimize ad targeting, and improve overall business outcomes through data-driven decision-making. The Executive BI & Analytics professional will analyze campaign and product launch performance, subscriber behavior, and usage patterns over time. They will ensure data quality and accuracy, maintain KPI trackers, and design efficient processes for data analysis and reporting. This role requires collaboration with business users to provide actionable insights and develop strategies based on comprehensive data mining and machine learning models.

Key Responsibilities

- Execute both long-term and short-term business intelligence and advanced analytics strategies to support management reporting and business insights.
- Utilize predictive and descriptive modeling to optimize customer experiences, increase revenue, improve ad targeting, and achieve other key business objectives.
- Conduct pre- and post-analysis of campaigns and product launches to assess impact on subscriber base, offer subscriptions, and usage behavior.
- Analyze subscriber data, usage trends, and behavioral changes over time to identify patterns and opportunities.
- Perform data crunching, validation, and quality checks to ensure KPI trackers are accurate and up-to-date for management reporting.
- Design and implement processes that enhance the effectiveness of data analysis and reporting workflows.
- Propose data-driven solutions and strategies to address business challenges using various data mining and analysis methods, including machine learning algorithms.
- Deliver valuable insights by identifying hidden patterns, predicting subscriber activity, and developing customer affinities.
- Generate comprehensive insights and recommendations to guide business actions based on data analysis.
- Conduct competitive analysis and prepare KPI reports to provide better visibility into market positioning and performance.

Required Qualifications

- Proven experience in business intelligence, data analytics, or a related field with a strong focus on advanced analytics and predictive modeling.
- Proficiency in data mining, data analysis, and machine learning techniques.
- Strong skills in data validation, quality assurance, and KPI tracking.
- Ability to design and implement efficient data analysis and reporting processes.
- Experience in conducting campaign and product launch analysis, subscriber behavior analysis, and competition analysis.
- Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to propose actionable business solutions based on data insights.
- Strong communication skills to effectively deliver insights and recommendations to business stakeholders.
