Senior Executive/ Executive Plant Controlling

Job Summary:

The incumbent will as the strategic financial partner to the Quality operations, driving operational efficiency through proactive OPEX management and the optimization of the SAP FM Module to ensure precise budgetary alignment. The role is instrumental in safeguarding plant profitability by conducting rigorous financial feasibility assessments for the product portfolio and spearheading the financial architecture of international tenders to ensure competitiveness and to conduct the project payback assessment. The incumbent will be responsible for Product costing, variance analysis, cost controlling, profitability analysis, cost improvement programs, time and motion studies.

Job Responsibilities:

• Develop and control the conversion cost based on activity-based drivers
• Analyze and built control on operational expenses, and conduct cost benefit analysis
• Able to execute time and motion studies, and perform product profitability analysis
• Budgeting & forecasting of plant, quality operation and R&D area
• Financial feasibility assessments, OPEX analysis and management, GP and Cost Benefit Analysis International Tender Evaluation, Project payback, and material variance analysis
• Capacity working and analysis, cost optimization and process improvements
• Closing in SAP and ensure timely financial closing of production plant in SAP

Key Requirements:

The candidate must have/be:

• a minimum qualification of ACCA, ACMA, CIMA or CA
• a minimum of 1-4 years of experience
• a basic understanding SAP ERP so that he should be able to configure reports, manage fund centers, and interpret complex variance data
• the ability to build "dynamic" feasibility models in Excel or Power BI is critical. These models should account for sensitivity analysis
• Cross-Functional Fluency: Professional coordination with the Lab and the Production Floor.
