Senior Executive – Revenue and Receivables

Momentum Consulting Group is seeking for the position of Sr. Executive Revenue & Receivables for client in Port & Shipping Industry. The candidate will be Responsible for coordinating and supporting revenue processes including billing, collections, reconciliations, adjustments, and reporting. Ensures timely month-end closings, accurate financial records, and compliance with company policies.

– 4–6 years of experience in Accounts Receivable or General Accounting.
– Strong understanding of revenue recognition, reconciliations, and internal controls.
– Proficiency in ERP systems (Oracle/SAP) and MS Excel.
– Good communication and reporting skills in English.

Qualification

– Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field.
– Part-qualified CMA, ACCA, or CA preferred.

Responsibilities

– Prepare and reconcile revenue and accounts receivable with the trial balance.
– Coordinate with Commercial, Customer Care, and IT teams to ensure accurate and timely billing.
– Process customer refunds and maintain bank receipt vouchers.
– Perform monthly closing entries in Oracle and assist in financial reporting.
– Support annual audits and year-end closing.
– Identify process improvement and automation opportunities.
– Maintain discipline, ensure performance targets, and support staff development.
– Ensure compliance with Quality, Health, Safety, and Environmental standards.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs100,000.00 - Rs150,000.00 per month
