• Education: DAE / B. Tech Experience: 5-10 Years in FMCG organization.

Requirements:

• Supervise Workshop Operations: Oversee daily maintenance, repair, and servicing of mechanical equipment.
• Team Leadership: Manage and mentor a team of technicians and mechanics, ensuring productivity and skill development.
• Task Allocation: Assign tasks based on priorities and technician expertise.
• Quality Assurance: Inspect completed work to meet quality and operational standards.
• Preventive Maintenance: Plan and execute preventive maintenance schedules to minimize downtime.
• Safety Compliance: Enforce health, safety, and environmental protocols in the workshop
• Market Coordination: Visit the market to coordinate and supervise external repair jobs as needed
• Vendor Management: Communicate and negotiate with outside vendors for procurement, repair, and maintenance services.
• Record-Keeping: Maintain comprehensive records of maintenance schedules, repair logs, vendor interactions, and workshop performance.
