We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Financial Planning Analyst to join our growing FP&A team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for collecting, organizing, and analyzing data to deliver actionable insights. They will design and manage reports and dashboards using Excel and Power BI, enabling data-driven decision-making across the organization.
Key Responsibilities:
Data Collection & Organization: Gather, clean, and organize data from various sources to ensure accuracy, completeness, and consistency.
Data Analysis: Conduct in-depth analysis of financial, operational, and business data to identify trends and provide actionable insights.
Collaboration: Work with cross-functional teams to understand data needs and deliver relevant analyses and insights.
Report & Dashboard Development: Develop, maintain, and automate reports and dashboards in Excel and Power BI to track key performance metrics.
Visualization & Presentation: Create and manage visualizations and interactive dashboards for clear and effective data presentation.
Data Integrity & Compliance: Ensure adherence to organizational data policies and best practices.
Process Optimization: Continuously improve data collection and reporting processes for efficiency and scalability.
Business Performance Reporting: Support ongoing reporting and analyses related to business performance, budgeting, and forecasting.
Ad Hoc Support: Assist the FP&A team with ad hoc analyses and reports as required.
Qualifications and Requirements:
Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Data Analytics, or a related field.
Experience: 4-6 years in data collection, reporting, and analysis.
Technical Skills:
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, formulas, VBA, macros).
Hands-on experience with Power BI (DAX, data modeling, report creation).
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen eye for detail.
Excellent communication and presentation skills to convey insights effectively.
Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Knowledge of SQL and other data tools is a plus.
