Senior Full Stack Software Engineer

Job Description
We deliver enterprise-grade software for healthcare (EMR/EHR), real estate, logistics, finance, and web platforms (including WordPress) to international clients. We’re hiring a multi-stack Senior Software Engineer who can take ownership of any project assigned — from building HIPAA-compliant hospital ERPs to designing and deploying high-traffic WordPress sites.

Key Responsibilities

Architect and develop ERP modules in ASP.NET Core/MVC, C#, React/Angular.
Design, customize, and deploy WordPress websites (themes, plugins, integrations).
Build and optimize REST/SOAP APIs and secure authentication (JWT/OAuth).
Model and tune databases (SQL Server, MySQL, MariaDB, PostgreSQL).
Integrate third-party systems and hardware (e.g., ZKTeco, Dahua, payment gateways).
Maintain clean architecture, testing, CI/CD pipelines, and deploy on AWS/Azure.
Ensure HIPAA and industry compliance where applicable.
Collaborate directly with U.S. stakeholders during Eastern-time business hours; mentor junior engineers.
Required Qualifications (must meet or exceed)

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science (or equivalent); Certified Software Engineer credentials a plus.
5+ years professional experience in full-stack development with ASP.NET (Core/MVC) and C#.
Hands-on delivery of enterprise-level ERP systems in at least two of these domains:
Healthcare EMR/EHR (including billing/claims).
Real Estate ERP (property/finance/HR).
Logistics/Shipping, Finance, or Education ERP.
WordPress/PHP experience: theme customization, plugin development, performance tuning, security hardening, and API integrations.
Strong database expertise (SQL Server, MySQL/MariaDB, PostgreSQL); schema design, query optimization.
Front-end proficiency with ReactJS and/or AngularJS plus JavaScript/TypeScript.
Integration experience with biometric devices and third-party APIs.
Cloud & DevOps exposure: AWS, Azure, GitHub/GitLab, CI/CD pipelines, Jira.
Excellent time management and teamwork; comfortable working 5:00 PM – 2:00 AM PKT.
Preferred Skills (fast track)

HIPAA and U.S. healthcare standards (HL7/FHIR, ICD-10/CPT).
ZATCA e-invoicing, EMR/EHR security audit trails.
Supabase, LINQ, advanced Entity Framework patterns.
Legacy migrations from VB.NET/WebForms to modern stacks.
Experience launching multi-tenant ERP and CMS products for international clients.
