Starsoft Industries is looking for a highly experienced and proactive Senior HR & Admin Manager to take full ownership of both Human Resource and Administrative operations. This is a senior-level leadership role that requires strategic planning, strong interpersonal skills, and the ability to coordinate with all department in-charges to ensure smooth functioning of the organization.

HR Responsibilities:

  • Oversee and manage all HR functions including recruitment, onboarding, compliance, payroll, and performance management
  • Act as a strategic partner to senior management and department heads
  • Ensure effective communication and conflict resolution across departments
  • Monitor employee attendance, punctuality, and disciplinary issues
  • Handle employee grievances and conduct internal investigations
  • Prepare and present HR reports and analytics to management
  • Promote a positive, inclusive, and compliant workplace culture
  • Maintain and enforce company policies.
  • Supervise all administrative operations including office management and facilities
  • Ensure availability and procurement of office supplies, materials, and resources
  • Coordinate with departments for logistical and operational needs
  • Oversee maintenance, safety, and cleanliness of the workplace
  • Manage admin staff and ensure day-to-day support functions run efficiently
  • Liaise with external vendors, and service providers
  • Assist in organizing meetings, internal events, and documentation

Education & Experience Requirements

  • Master’s degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or a related field
  • Minimum 3–5 years of experience in a senior HR or Admin leadership role
  • Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent knowledge of compliance requirements and disciplinary procedures
  • Proficiency in HR software (e.g., Odoo, ERP systems, or other HRMS platforms)
  • Proven ability to multitask, work under pressure, and make effective decisions
  • Strong command of documentation, reporting, and vendor management
