Key Responsibilities
Manage and coordinate account activities with a strong emphasis on meeting targets and overall objectives by closely monitoring individual KPIs. Engage proactively with new accounts on the Careem platform to drive successful onboarding and foster strong partnerships. Influence and negotiate with external stakeholders to advance sales efforts and facilitate decision-making processes. Efficiently organize and prioritize multiple tasks to ensure smooth execution of plans. Identify operational challenges, develop solutions, and implement scalable improvements to increase efficiency. Maintain adaptability to shifting priorities and continuously incorporate new insights while delivering high-quality results.

Required Qualifications
1 to 3 years of experience in customer-facing commercial or operational roles is essential. Strong written and verbal communication skills in both English and Urdu are required. Demonstrated ability to manage relationships with multiple external stakeholders simultaneously. Self-motivated and adaptable, thriving in fast-paced environments. Willingness to be an early team member, actively contributing to team structure and strategy development. Commitment to a culture of high performance, momentum, and purpose. Proficiency in data analysis, reporting, and Excel is necessary. Experience working with CRM tools is expected.
