We are seeking a Senior Logistics Coordinator to manage and lead logistics activities remotely from Pakistan. This full-time role requires an experienced professional with 7 to 10 years of expertise in logistics, freight forwarding, or customs coordination. The ideal candidate will have the strategic ability to build networks and oversee cross-border shipments between Pakistan and Afghanistan, ensuring smooth and compliant operations.
Key Responsibilities
Build and expand a network of logistics companies and fleet operators across Pakistan.
Source reliable customs brokerage services, with a particular focus on Karachi Port operations.
Identify and establish partnerships with local logistics startups to enhance service offerings.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with exporters trading between Afghanistan, Pakistan, and Central Asia.
Act as the primary liaison for all Pakistani logistics suppliers, representing the company’s interests.
Promote and represent the company’s digital logistics platform within the Pakistani market.
Manage and nurture strategic partnerships throughout the logistics ecosystem to support business growth.
Oversee end-to-end cross-border shipment operations, ensuring full compliance with customs and regulatory requirements.
Ensure accurate documentation and facilitate seamless cargo movement between Pakistan and Afghanistan.
Provide leadership by guiding strategic decision-making and driving continuous operational improvements.
Leverage industry expertise to optimize logistics processes and contribute thought leadership within the organization.
Required Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
7 to 10 years of professional experience in logistics, freight forwarding, customs brokerage, or cross-border coordination.
Comprehensive knowledge of Karachi Port operations is essential.
Strong skills in stakeholder engagement, negotiation, and relationship management.
Excellent organizational abilities with meticulous attention to documentation accuracy.
Proven experience managing remote teams and working effectively within KPI-driven environments.
Professional fluency in English and proficiency in Urdu are required.
Knowledge of Pashto or Dari languages is considered an advantage.
