We are looking for an experienced finance professional to lead and manage the daily financial operations of our organization. The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining the company’s accounting framework, ensuring the accuracy and integrity of all financial records, and safeguarding the overall financial health of the business. This role requires deep expertise in taxation, covering income tax, corporate tax, and sales tax, along with hands-on experience in preparing tax returns, wealth statements, and managing compliance with tax notices. The candidate will oversee accounts payable and receivable processes, interact with customers on finance-related matters, and prepare detailed financial reports to provide insights into performance and cash flow. Additionally, the role includes conducting profitability forecasting and analysis to support budgeting and future planning, contributing to ERP system development, and providing strong leadership and mentorship to the finance team to align their efforts with company objectives.

Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily financial operations to ensure efficient and accurate processing.
- Evaluate and maintain the company’s accounting structure to support financial integrity.
- Ensure the financial health of the organization by maintaining accurate and reliable financial records.
- Manage all taxation matters, including income tax, corporate tax, and sales tax compliance.
- Prepare tax returns, wealth statements, and ensure timely response to tax notices.
- Take full ownership of tax-related issues within the company.
- Supervise accounts payable and receivable cycles to maintain smooth cash flow.
- Engage with customers to resolve finance-related queries and concerns.
- Prepare comprehensive financial reports offering insights on performance and cash flow management.
- Conduct profitability forecasting and detailed financial analysis to support strategic planning and budgeting.
- Support the ongoing development and enhancement of the company’s ERP system.
- Provide leadership and mentorship to the finance team, fostering professional growth and ensuring alignment with organizational goals.

Required Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in finance, accounting, or a related field, preferably supported by a professional qualification.
- ACCA or ACA certification, either fully qualified or partially qualified.
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in finance and taxation.
- Strong preference for candidates with experience in transportation, shipping, clearing, or logistics sectors.
