Senior Online Bidding Specialist

- Manage and optimize company profiles on Upwork, Bark, Freelancer, and Guru to enhance visibility and credibility.
- Identify and submit bids daily on relevant, high-quality projects across these freelance platforms.
- Develop customized and compelling proposals that align with client requirements and project scopes.
- Communicate effectively with clients to understand their needs and clarify project details.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure accurate project estimations and delivery timelines.
- Maintain a steady pipeline of prospects and conduct regular follow-ups to nurture leads.
- Monitor bid-to-win ratios and prepare weekly performance reports to track progress and identify areas for improvement.

Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or higher from a recognized institution.
- 2 to 3 years of proven experience managing bids and projects on freelance platforms including Upwork, Bark, Freelancer, and Guru.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Strong understanding of the dynamics and competitive landscape of freelance marketplaces.
- Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and meet strict deadlines.
- Familiarity with project scoping, requirement gathering, and basic technical concepts relevant to freelance projects.

Preferred Qualifications and Benefits
- Experience in IT services, digital marketing, or design and development sectors is highly desirable.
- Knowledge of CRM tools or sales pipeline management systems to streamline bidding processes.
- Holding an Upwork Rising Talent or Top Rated badge is considered an advantage.

This role is based in Karachi and requires physical presence at the office. The salary range for this position is PKR 70,000 to 80,000 per month. Candidates must have experience working across all four platforms: Upwork, Bark, Freelancer, and Guru.
