As a Senior People Business Partner based in Karachi, Pakistan, you will act as a trusted advisor and culture champion for business leaders, aligning people strategies with business objectives, enhancing leadership capabilities, and promoting colleague engagement and organizational success.

Key Responsibilities
- Partner with business leaders to develop and implement people strategies that drive business performance and improve employee engagement.
- Coach and influence senior leadership on organizational design, leadership development, talent planning, and change management initiatives.
- Collaborate with Centres of Excellence to deliver effective solutions in performance management, learning and development, compensation, and talent acquisition.
- Lead strategic projects focused on enhancing leadership effectiveness, improving team dynamics, and supporting organizational change efforts.
- Serve as a guardian of Careem’s culture by designing and executing initiatives that reflect company values and ways of working.
- Leverage data and insights to identify trends and opportunities, providing actionable recommendations to business leaders.
- Offer expert guidance on people policies, employment law, and HR best practices relevant to the region.

Required Qualifications
- A minimum of 8 years of progressive experience in Human Resources, including at least 4 years in a business partnering capacity.
- Proven experience working in fast-paced, technology-driven, or high-growth environments.
- Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence and build relationships without formal authority.
- Demonstrated success in coaching leaders, driving cultural transformation, and executing strategic people initiatives.
- A data-driven mindset with excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- In-depth knowledge of local labor laws and HR practices in Pakistan.
- High personal credibility, integrity, and alignment with Careem’s core values.
