Key Responsibilities
- Act as the primary liaison for all business data-related inquiries.
- Develop and maintain robust reporting solutions using engineering best practices and various reporting tools.
- Continuously enhance reporting processes and tools to improve business insights.
- Support assigned business units by translating complex datasets into clear tables, graphs, and comprehensive reports.
- Present data analysis and insights effectively to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Acquire deep subject matter expertise to define key performance indicators and uncover new business improvement opportunities.
- Deliver actionable, data-driven insights to support informed decision-making.
- Test and communicate new product features to end-users.
- Conduct regular audits to ensure data integrity, accuracy, and reliability.
- Design and assess data collection methodologies such as surveys, questionnaires, and opinion polls.
- Collect and analyze data related to consumers, competitors, and market trends.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of 4 years’ experience in an analytical role.
- At least 3 years’ experience utilizing business intelligence and visualization tools to build management dashboards.
- Strong analytical mindset and passion for working with large datasets.
- Proficiency in writing complex SQL queries on large-scale data repositories.
- Self-driven with excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Ability to thrive in complex, fast-paced operational environments.
- Detail-oriented, process-focused, and logical thinker.
- Hands-on experience with reporting tools such as Tableau, MicroStrategy, or Looker.
- Familiarity with programming languages and frameworks including Python, R, Spark, and Hive.
Preferred Qualifications and Benefits
- Experience with ETL/ELT workflows is a plus.
- Knowledge of dimensional data modeling and data lakes is advantageous.
- Exposure to Massively Parallel Processing (MPP) databases like Amazon Redshift is beneficial.
