Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate closely with Product, Engineering, QA, Care, and other teams to identify opportunities, provide daily product support, coordinate product and feature releases, and leverage customer and internal feedback to drive continuous product improvements.
- Monitor product performance to identify operational gaps, inefficiencies, and risks, then develop and optimize processes accordingly. Work with cross-functional teams to implement effective solutions and corrective actions based on key performance indicators.
- Manage multiple cross-functional initiatives involving product, operations, engineering, technical support, and marketing, demonstrating strong multitasking and resourcefulness.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with internal teams and stakeholders to ensure efficient collaboration and a productive working environment.
- Conduct in-depth data analysis to evaluate the performance of existing features and assess the potential impact of addressing new challenges and opportunities.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Marketing, or a related field.
- At least 3 years of experience in product operations, product management, or a related role within technology or consumer-focused companies. Experience with subscription models is a plus.
- Familiarity with Agile methodologies and product management tools.
- Fluency in both English and Arabic.
