Senior Rider Compliance Specialist

We are looking for a highly analytical and strategic Senior Rider Compliance Specialist to join our Functional Regional Logistics team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing rider compliance across multiple markets, aiming to enhance customer experience while reducing operational costs. You will collaborate closely with local, regional, and product teams to identify gaps and optimize the current rider compliance framework. This position involves owning compliance-related KPIs, improving product configurations, leveraging data analytics for informed decision-making, and coordinating with stakeholders to maintain high service and performance standards within the rider fleet.

Key Responsibilities

- KPI Ownership: Manage and monitor key performance indicators related to rider compliance, service quality, and operational performance.

- Framework Optimization: Continuously refine the rider compliance framework by managing product setups and developing practical manual solutions to address challenges.

- Strategic Decision Making: Utilize data analytics and tools to support strategic initiatives and optimize compliance mechanisms.

- Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with local, regional, and global teams to ensure alignment and effective execution of compliance strategies.

- Operational Support: Provide timely technical support and expertise to local teams to facilitate smooth field operations.

- Data Analysis: Extract insights from existing analytics platforms and perform data querying using SQL to drive informed decisions.

Required Qualifications

- 4 to 8 years of experience in operations or rider logistics, preferably within the eCommerce sector.

- Strong project management skills with a proven track record of working effectively in cross-functional teams.

- Excellent analytical capabilities to evaluate delivery courier performance, identify trends, and implement optimization strategies.

- Proficient communication skills in English, with the ability to engage effectively with internal and external stakeholders across APAC, Europe, and Turkey.

- Intermediate to advanced proficiency in data analytics tools such as SQL, BigQuery, and Looker.

- A keen interest in eCommerce platforms and logistics operations.
