Senior Specialist – Targeting & Enrolment

Organization: Sindh Social Protection Authority (SSPA)
Project: Strengthening Social Protection Delivery System (SSPDS)
Education: Minimum 16 years in Statistics, Project Management, Economics, MBA, or related field from HEC-recognized university
Experience:

10+ years in program/project management

Experience in beneficiary targeting/enrolment

Social sector experience is a plus

Must know M&E methods related to targeting/enrolment

Skills Required:

Excellent English and Urdu (written/spoken)

Sindhi language proficiency is a plus

Location:
SSPDS Office, 155-N, Khayaban-e-Muslim, Phase 6, DHA, Karachi, Sindh, Pakistan
