Full job description

We are looking for a skilled and motivated SEO Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for improving website rankings, driving organic traffic, and ensuring all digital content aligns with SEO best practices. You’ll work closely with the content, marketing, and development teams to build and execute effective SEO strategies.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and implement effective SEO strategies to improve search engine rankings.

Conduct keyword research and analysis to identify growth opportunities.

Optimize website content, landing pages, and blog posts for targeted keywords.

Monitor and analyze website performance using tools like Google Analytics, Google Search Console, and Ahrefs/Semrush.

Perform regular technical SEO audits and coordinate fixes with developers.

Build and manage high-quality backlinks through ethical link-building strategies.

Stay updated with the latest SEO trends, algorithms, and best practices.

Collaborate with the content team to ensure SEO-friendly copy and structure.

Prepare regular performance reports and present actionable insights.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, IT, or a related field.

Proven experience (1–3 years) as an SEO Specialist or similar role.

Strong knowledge of on-page, off-page, and technical SEO.

Proficiency with SEO tools (Google Analytics, Search Console, Ahrefs, SEMrush, Moz, etc.).

Basic understanding of HTML/CSS and website CMS (WordPress preferred).

Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Location: MACHS, Karachi

Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 10:00 PM – 6:00 PM

Job Type: Full-time, On-site

Salary Range: PKR 60,000 – 70,000 per month
