SEO Expert (2–3 Years Experience)

Overview

We are seeking a results-driven SEO Strategist with 2–3 years of hands-on experience to strengthen our organic growth engine. This role is not about basic execution alone—it requires strategic thinking, ownership of outcomes, and the ability to translate data into scalable SEO initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute end-to-end SEO strategies aligned with business and growth objectives
• Conduct keyword research, competitive analysis, and search intent mapping
• Drive on-page, technical, and content SEO initiatives with measurable KPIs
• Collaborate with content, development, and marketing teams to implement SEO best practices
• Perform SEO audits and prioritize actions based on impact and ROI
• Monitor performance using tools like GA4, GSC, Ahrefs/Semrush, and present insights to stakeholders
• Stay ahead of algorithm updates and evolving search trends

Requirements

• 2–3 years of proven SEO experience with demonstrable results
• Strong understanding of on-page, technical, and off-page SEO
• Experience building SEO roadmaps and growth strategies, not just task execution
• Data-driven mindset with solid reporting and analysis skills
• Familiarity with CMS platforms (WordPress preferred)
• Ability to work independently and take ownership of SEO performance

Nice to Have

• Experience with local SEO, SaaS, or eCommerce
• Basic knowledge of HTML, CSS, and site performance optimization
• Exposure to CRO and content strategy
