Service Supervision Manager Duties:
1. Ensure timely and efficient maintenance, repair, and servicing of construction machinery.
2. Supervise and manage a team of service personnel.
3. Ensure all work meets quality standards, safety protocols, and regulatory requirements.
4. Respond to customer queries, resolve issues, and provide excellent customer service.
5. Manage spare parts, tools, and equipment inventory.
6. Provide technical assistance and troubleshooting support to customers and service teams.
7. Continuously evaluate and improve service processes to enhance efficiency and customer satisfaction.
8.Assist in yard and warehouse construction and management.
9. Ensure all service activities comply with safety regulations and company policies.
10.Create & delegate service orders to service personnel.
Requirements
1. Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering/Electronics Engineering.
2. Proven experience in construction machinery maintenance.
3. Strong technical knowledge of construction machinery.
4. Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
5. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
6.Good in speaking & writing English and ability to operate work software.
